AKBC, the Association of Kano Business Community, needed a strong visual identity to reflect its mission of uniting business leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors in Kano. The goal was to create a modern, elegant, and culturally rooted brand that highlights Kano’s heritage while positioning it as a global economic player.
As the visual Designer, I developed the complete visual identity for AKBC, including the logo, color palette, typography, and brand guidelines. The design was inspired by Kano’s rich history, incorporating elements like Dagin Arewa, Gidan Rumfa, and Tumbin Giwa, symbolizing strength, leadership, and economic resilience.
I also designed brand applications, including social media templates and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.
